Samen koekjes bakken voor een Greys Anatomy avondje op de bank!

Gisteren had ik echt zin in iets zoets, we besloten dan maar boterkoekjes te maken. Lekker simpel en toch heerlijk. Terwijl ik saaie ronde koekjes aan het maken was:

Verraste mijn vriend me, met een koekje in mijn naam! Wat een schatje!

Gelukkig heb ik zo'n korte naam anders was ie nooit niet toegekomen met het deeg

Hierbij nog even het recept voor boterkoekjes:

250 gram bloem

100 gram witte suiker

100 gram boter

1 pakje vanillesuiker

1 ei

De bloem in een kom doen. Voeg er de boter, vanillesuiker, suiker en het ei geelaan toe.
Alles goed kneden met de handen tot een vast deeg. Klop ondertussen je eiwit op tot een stijf geheel. Meng dit onder je deeg.
Doe een beetje bloem op je aanrecht doen en rol het deeg uit. Nu kan je beginnen met de vormpjes er uit te duwen. Bak 10 minuten af in een oven op 180°.
